The Data Protection Act 2018, which implements the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the UK, came into force on May 25, 2018. The law governs the processing of personal data and ensures that individuals' privacy rights are protected.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, as the Data Controller, your personal data will be processed in the manner described on this page; it may be recorded, stored, updated, disclosed or transferred to third parties where permitted by law, classified, and processed in the ways defined in the Data Protection Act 2018.

To manage payment systems, electronic contracts, and related records in compliance with banking and electronic payment laws;

Accuracy and Up-to-date Maintenance of Personal Data
